TD Public Meeting Is Postponed until Wednesday, Nov. 30

The Transportation Disadvantaged Public Meeting and TDLCB Meeting originally scheduled for Nov. 10 will now be held on Nov. 30 because of weather.

The Transportation Disadvantaged Local Coordinating Board (TDLCB) will conduct its annual public meeting on Wednesday, Nov. 30, at 10 a.m. The meeting will be held at MetroPlan Orlando, 250 South Orange Ave., Suite 200, Orlando, FL 32801. The purpose of the annual public meeting is to get input on ACCESS LYNX paratransit service in Orange, Osceola, and Seminole counties.

The meeting will be conducted in a hybrid format, meaning the public can join the in-person meeting and make comments virtually. Use the following information to join virtually:

Information is also contained in the calendar section of our website. Comments also may be submitted in advance by email or phone message. Anyone wishing to attend in-person must RSVP on the MetroPlan Orlando website at least two business days before the meeting.

How to Comment

Anyone wishing to speak during the hybrid meeting (virtually or in-person) should complete an electronic speaker card by 5 p.m., Tuesday, Nov. 29. Public comments may be submitted in advance of the meeting, by email to Comment@MetroPlanOrlando.gov. Comments also may be submitted before the meeting by dialing (321) 732-6479 to leave a voice message.

TDLCB Meeting

Immediately following the public meeting, the Transportation Disadvantaged Local Coordinating Board will meet. This regularly scheduled meeting is open to the public. Virtual access to this meeting is available through the same link as the annual public meeting
